Part 2: My Full 7-Day No Equipment Workout Routine

Here’s the exact routine I followed during the 7-day challenge. It’s simple, beginner-friendly, and requires zero equipment.

Day 1: Full Body Basics

  • 15 squats
  • 10 push-ups (wall or knees)
  • 20 jumping jacks
  • 20-second plank (x3)

Day 2: Cardio Focus

  • 20–30 minutes brisk walking
  • 3 rounds:
    • 20 high knees
    • 15 mountain climbers
    • 20 jumping jacks

Day 3: Lower Body Burn

  • 15 squats (x3)
  • 10 lunges each leg
  • 15 glute bridges
  • 25-second wall sit (x3)

Day 4: Recovery & Mobility

  • Light walking (20 minutes)
  • Full-body stretching (10–15 minutes)
  • Deep breathing

Day 5: Upper Body & Core

  • 10–12 push-ups
  • 15 chair dips
  • 20 arm circles
  • 25-second plank (x3)

Day 6: Fat Burn Circuit

Repeat 3–4 rounds:

  • 15 squats
  • 10 push-ups
  • 20 jumping jacks
  • 20 mountain climbers
  • 30-second plank

Day 7: Rest & Reflect

  • Light walking
  • Stretching or yoga (15–20 minutes)
  • Hydration and balanced meals

Final Verdict

After 7 days, the biggest transformation wasn’t just physical—it was mental.

I proved to myself that:
